- 3 large russet potatoes (washed & chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
- Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, then mix in ranch seasoning.
- Spread potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top and bake for 1-2 more minutes, until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can add extra herbs like parsley or chives on top for garnish.
- For a spicier kick, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes along with the ranch seasoning.
