This Cheesy Ranch Chicken is a creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dish that combines ranch seasoning, mayo (or cream cheese), and garlic for a delicious, comforting meal. Simple to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner! Serve it with mashed potatoes and asparagus for a complete meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. ½ cup Mayo (or a block of cream cheese)
  2. 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  3. 1 cup cheese (cheddar or your preferred variety)
  4. 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  5. Chicken breasts (enough to cover with the mixture)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the mayo (or softened cream cheese), minced garlic, cheese, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  • Slather the mixture generously over your chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts onto a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is cooked through.

  • Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus for a complete meal.

Notes

  • You can use cream cheese instead of mayo for a richer flavor.
  • Feel free to add some fresh herbs or extra seasoning to taste.

  • If you want a crispy topping, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after baking.
