- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
For the Pretzel Dough:
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Optional:
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat and prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the filling: In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Assemble the bites: Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into small squares. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush and bake: Place the bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bite with the beaten egg for a golden finish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown.
