- 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
- 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface and spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges.
- Place the rolled bread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve with marinara sauce if desired.
