Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 jar Tostitos Salsa Con Queso
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 can fire roasted diced green chilis
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup pinto beans or black beans
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, cooking until the water is absorbed.
- Transfer the taco meat to a Dutch oven or large pot.
- Add the jar of salsa, can of potato soup, sour cream, and both broths. Stir well until the sour cream is fully melted.
- Add the diced green chilis, corn, and pinto or black beans. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat, allowing it to simmer while stirring often to prevent sticking.
- Serve immediately or keep simmering until ready to eat.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips or Fritos. Optional: Add jalapeños to taste.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños to the chili or garnish with fresh cilantro.
- If you prefer a thicker chili, simmer for a longer period to reduce the liquid.
- This chili can also be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
