Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat in vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk until fully combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Form cookie dough into balls, create a hole in the center, fill with cheesecake mixture, and seal with additional dough to fully enclose the filling.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool cookies on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
