Description

These Cheesecake Brownies are an irresistible combination of rich chocolate brownies, creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, and chunks of Milky Way bars baked into one decadent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients needed per package instructions)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 6 Milky Way bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie batter.
  6. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and sprinkle with chopped Milky Way bars.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread evenly.
  8. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  10. Let cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
