- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients needed per package instructions)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 6 Milky Way bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie batter.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and sprinkle with chopped Milky Way bars.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread evenly.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to swirl the caramel into the cheesecake for a marbled effect.
- Chill before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
