- 1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut milk)
- 1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (for garnish)
- Optional: Lavender extract or dried lavender flowers (for extra relaxation)
Instructions
- Warm the Milk: Pour the milk into a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until it starts steaming, but avoid boiling.
- Infuse with Chamomile: Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bag or an infuser with dried chamomile. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Sweeten with Honey: Remove the tea bag and stir in honey until fully dissolved.
- Enhance the Flavor (Optional): Add vanilla extract for extra flavor and a drop of lavender or some dried lavender flowers for relaxation.
- Froth the Milk: For a frothy texture, use a handheld frother or whisk until the milk becomes airy.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the latte into your favorite mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg for a cozy finish.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
