- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried apple slices, chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and apple cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a soft ball stage (approximately 234°F or 112°C on a candy thermometer).
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow cream until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and chopped dried apple slices.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy the sweet and tangy flavors.
Notes
- If you want a firmer fudge, refrigerate it for a bit longer than 2 hours.
