Description

A quick and indulgent dessert that combines apple pie filling, cinnamon rolls, and caramel, topped with a spiced cake mix and buttery goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (17.5 oz) deluxe cinnamon rolls, quartered (icing reserved)
  • 2 cans (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • ½ cup caramel sauce + extra for drizzle
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix
  • ¾ cup salted butter, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Scatter the quartered cinnamon roll pieces over the apple pie filling.
  4. Drizzle ½ cup of caramel sauce over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top.
  6. Place the sliced butter on top of the cake mix.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cake is deep golden brown.
  8. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes after baking.
  9. Warm the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls and drizzle it over the cake.
  10. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top before serving.
