  3. 2 ears of corn, cut into 3-inch pieces
  4. 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
  5. 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1 lemon, quartered

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prep the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sausage, shrimp, corn, potatoes, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
