    • 1 can (397g) condensed milk
    • ½ cup Cadbury Flake chocolate (grated or broken into small pieces)

    For Garnish:

    1. 1 packet Cadbury Flake (crumbled on top)

Instructions

  • Make the Biscuit Base:

    • Crush the Oreos or tennis biscuits in a food processor or place them in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin.
    • Mix with melted butter until fully combined.
    • Press the mixture into a tart pan or pie dish, ensuring an even layer.
    • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes while preparing the mousse filling.
  • Prepare the Chocolate Mousse:

    • In a large bowl, whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form.
    • Gradually pour in the condensed milk, continuing to beat until fully combined and fluffy.
    • Gently fold in ½ cup grated or broken Cadbury Flake to evenly distribute the chocolate pieces.
  • Assemble the Tart:

    • Pour the chocolate mousse mixture over the chilled biscuit base.
    • Smooth the top with a spatula.
    • Sprinkle the crumbled Cadbury Flake over the top for a final chocolatey touch.
  • Chill & Serve:

    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the mousse to set.
