Description

A quick and cheesy snack inspired by the classic Cacio e Pepe pasta, using crispy kettle-cooked potato chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the kettle-cooked potato chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the finely grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chips.
  4. Sprinkle the coarsely ground black pepper over the chips as well.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy your crunchy, cheesy snack!

Notes

  • Make sure to watch the chips closely in the oven to prevent burning.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
  • This can be served as an appetizer or snack with a refreshing dip of your choice.
