A quick and cheesy snack inspired by the classic Cacio e Pepe pasta, using crispy kettle-cooked potato chips.

- 1 (8-ounce) bag kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the kettle-cooked potato chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the finely grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chips.
- Sprinkle the coarsely ground black pepper over the chips as well.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy your crunchy, cheesy snack!
Notes
- Make sure to watch the chips closely in the oven to prevent burning.
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
- This can be served as an appetizer or snack with a refreshing dip of your choice.
