Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden, buttery biscuit bites filled with juicy seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan for an irresistible snack or meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a small round.
  5. Add a spoonful of beef and a pinch of cheddar to the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each biscuit bomb.
  9. Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can swap cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor.
  • Use lean ground beef or turkey for a lighter option.
  • These can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or ranch for dipping.
