Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, combine the flour, potato starch, powdered sugar, and vanillin. Mix well.
Add Butter:
Add the softened butter and work it into the mixture until it forms a buttery texture.
Add Egg Yolks:
Incorporate the egg yolks and mix everything until the dough becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Chill:
Cover the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.
Shape the Biscuits:
