- Jam (of your choice, for filling)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, combine the flour, potato starch, powdered sugar, and vanillin. Mix well. - Add Butter:
Add the softened butter and work it into the mixture until it forms a buttery texture. - Add Egg Yolks:
Incorporate the egg yolks and mix everything until the dough becomes smooth and homogeneous. - Chill:
Cover the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up. - Shape the Biscuits:
After chilling, roll out the dough on a floured surface. Use a cookie cutter or your hands to shape the biscuits. - Bake:
Preheat the oven to 160ºC (320ºF). Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake for 15-16 minutes, or until golden. - Fill and Serve:
