Description

  2. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  3. 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  4. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  5. 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  6. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  8. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish.
  • Mix Chicken and Buffalo Sauce: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce.
  • Prepare Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer the Lasagna:
    • Spread a layer of the chicken and Buffalo sauce mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.
    • Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top.
    • Add a layer of the cheese mixture, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and blue cheese.
    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Bake:
    • Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve: Let the lasagna cool slightly before slicing and drizzle with extra ranch dressing before serving.
