  • 1 lb (450g) penne pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup (240ml) buffalo sauce
  • 1½ cups (360ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta
    Prepare the penne pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Sauce
    In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Make the Buffalo Alfredo Sauce
    Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and buffalo sauce, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine with Chicken and Pasta
    Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well. Toss the cooked pasta in the buffalo Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
  • Garnish and Serve
    Transfer the pasta to serving bowls or plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
