1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix (heat-treated)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mini chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Cookies, fruit, or pretzels for dipping
Heat-Treat Brownie Mix: Microwave brownie mix in a bowl for 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until it reaches 165°F (74°C) for food safety. Let it cool.
Make the Dip: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
