Description

This indulgent Brownie Batter Dip is a creamy, rich treat that’s perfect for parties or a sweet snack. Made with brownie mix, cream cheese, and butter, it’s a delicious dip for cookies, fruit, or pretzels!

  1. 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix (heat-treated)

  2. 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  4. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  5. 1/4 cup milk

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. Mini chocolate chips for topping (optional)

  8. Cookies, fruit, or pretzels for dipping


Instructions

  • Heat-Treat Brownie Mix: Microwave brownie mix in a bowl for 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until it reaches 165°F (74°C) for food safety. Let it cool.

  • Make the Dip: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

  • Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cooled brownie mix. Beat until well combined and fluffy.

 

  • Serve: Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and top with mini chocolate chips if desired. Serve immediately with cookies, fruit, or pretzels, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
