  1. 1 lb breakfast sausage
  2. 6 large eggs
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 package crescent roll dough
  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in the same skillet until just cooked through.
  • On a baking sheet, unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Divide scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese evenly among the triangles of dough.
  • Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to form a roll.
  • Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
