Ingredients

			- 1 lb breakfast sausage
 - 6 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 package crescent roll dough
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in the same skillet until just cooked through.
 - On a baking sheet, unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
 - Divide scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese evenly among the triangles of dough.
 - Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to form a roll.
 - Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!

- You can substitute the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese for variation, like mozzarella or Monterey Jack.
