This quick and easy bread recipe lets you bake fresh, golden, soft bread without all the fuss! Made in a bag, this no-knead bread comes out perfectly every time!

- 3 cups all-purpose flour (divided)
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 package rapid-rise yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Mix the Dough: In a large ziplock bag, combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, yeast, and warm water. Seal the bag and let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Add More Ingredients: Add 1 cup of flour, olive oil, and salt to the bag. Seal the bag and knead until smooth.
- Form the Dough: Add the remaining 1 cup of flour, seal the bag, and knead again until it’s all incorporated. Shape the dough into a loaf.
- Let It Rise: Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in the bag.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the loaf on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Make sure the water is at the right temperature (around 110°F) to properly activate the yeast.
You can add herbs or spices to flavor the bread, such as garlic powder or rosemary, for an extra twist.
