Description

  • 1 yellow onion, grated (including juices)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • lbs chicken thighs (up to 2 lbs)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shawarma seasoning, grated onion with juices, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Add chicken thighs and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Cook chicken in a hot skillet or grill over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 6–8 minutes per side.
