Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shawarma seasoning, grated onion with juices, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- Add chicken thighs and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook chicken in a hot skillet or grill over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 6–8 minutes per side.
- Slice the chicken and garnish with minced cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
