This classic Old-Fashioned Bologna Salad is a creamy, hearty spread made with bologna, hard-boiled eggs, pickle relish, and mayonnaise. Perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or as a spread for your next picnic or gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 pound of bologna

  2. 3 hard-boiled eggs

  3. 1/4 cup pickle relish

  4. 1 cup mayonnaise

  5. (Optional) Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Add bologna and hard-boiled eggs to a food processor or blender. Pulse until roughly chopped.

  • Pour the bologna/egg mixture into a bowl and add pickle relish and mayonnaise.

  • Stir until well combined.

  • For cheese lovers, add shredded cheddar cheese and stir in.

  • Serve the bologna salad on bread, toast, or with crackers.

Notes

  • This bologna salad can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

  • If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse the mixture less in the food processor.
