Instructions
- Prepare Blueberries: Mash or puree the blueberries to your preferred consistency.
- Mix Yogurt & Honey: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey (if using) until smooth.
- Create Swirls: Add a small spoonful of the blueberry puree to paw-shaped silicone molds. Use a toothpick or skewer to create a swirl effect if desired.
- Fill Molds: Pour the yogurt mixture over the blueberry puree, filling the molds completely.
- Freeze: Freeze the molds for 3-4 hours or until fully set.
- Serve or Store: Remove the frozen treats from the molds and serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
