Description

Blueberry Yogurt Dog Treats are a simple, healthy, and refreshing homemade treat for your furry friend. Made with natural ingredients like yogurt and blueberries, they’re perfect for cooling your dog down on a warm day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree the blueberries in a blender or food processor until smooth, leaving some chunks if desired.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir the plain yogurt to make it smooth and creamy. Mix in the honey if using.
  3. Add a small amount of the blueberry puree into the paw pads of silicone molds for a decorative touch.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the molds over the blueberry layer, filling them to the top.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the treats are completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds in fun shapes like paws or bones for added appeal.
  • Honey is optional but adds a bit of sweetness.
  • Be sure to store the treats in the freezer to keep them fresh and firm.
