Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup dried rose petals
Instructions
- Add sugar, water, and rose petals to a small pot.
- Heat on medium until simmering, then reduce to low for 5 minutes.
- Strain out rose petals.
- Simmer 10 more minutes to thicken.
- Let cool completely.
- Use in drinks or desserts.
