Description

A fragrant and delicate Rose Simple Syrup made by simmering dried rose petals with sugar and water, perfect for adding a floral touch to drinks and desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Add sugar, water, and rose petals to a small pot.
  2. Heat on medium until simmering, then reduce to low for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain out rose petals.
  4. Simmer 10 more minutes to thicken.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Use in drinks or desserts.
