 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 cups milk

For the Pizza:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
 - 1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
 - 6 eggs
 - ¼ cup milk
 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or as desired
 
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Sausage Gravy:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Drain the grease and stir in the flour until dissolved. Add 2 cups of milk and stir occasionally for 10 minutes or until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency. Season with black pepper.
 
 - Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 
 - Assemble the Pizza:
- Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush it lightly with olive oil. Spread ½ of the prepared gravy evenly over the crust.
 
 - Scramble the Eggs:
