Instructions
-
Prepare the pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cold water (or milk), vanilla pudding mix, cookie butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat on medium-high speed for 4-5 minutes, gradually increasing speed as the mixture thickens. -
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix for another minute until smooth.
-
Assemble the layers:
In a trifle dish or your favorite serving dish, layer vanilla wafer cookies, Biscoff cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture. Add a few dollops of whipped cream and repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. -
Garnish the top:
Top with whipped cream, crushed cookies, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. -
Chill:
Chill for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) before serving.
-
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
-
For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water when preparing the pudding.
-
The dessert tastes best if chilled overnight, allowing the flavors to meld together.
-
You can use homemade whipped cream for a fresher taste, but store-bought whipped cream works just as well for convenience.
-
The Biscoff cookies can be adjusted depending on your preference for crunch or a more cookie-dense layer.
