Ingredients
- 1 frozen pie crust
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 tbsp strawberry jelly
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
Instructions

Bake Pie Crust:
Bake the frozen pie crust according to the package directions. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. -
Prepare Jelly Mixture:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens. -
Add Strawberry Jelly:
Whisk in the strawberry jelly and remove from heat. Set aside to cool. -
Assemble the Pie:
Once the pie crust has cooled, add the sliced strawberries into the crust. Pour the cooled strawberry jelly mixture over the strawberries. -
Refrigerate:
Refrigerate the pie for a few hours until set.
