  2. 1 cup (150g) uncooked elbow macaroni
  3. 1 jar (24 oz / 680g) marinara sauce
  4. 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 cup (75g) chopped onion
  7. 1/2 cup (75g) chopped bell pepper
  8. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  9. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  • Simmer the Sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cook the Pasta: Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and add to the beef mixture.
