Description

A creamy and savory dish packed with tender ground beef, rotini pasta, and a rich garlic Parmesan sauce. Perfect for busy nights when you need a quick, comforting meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  1. For the beef and pasta:

    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 12 oz rotini pasta

    • 4 cups beef broth

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 4 cloves garlic, minced

    • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Brown the beef: In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

  • Cook the garlic: Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add liquids and pasta: Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, then add uncooked rotini pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender (about 10-12 minutes).

  • Stir in Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

  • Serve: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can adjust the seasoning to taste, adding extra Italian seasoning or garlic powder if you prefer more flavor.

  • For a richer flavor, add extra Parmesan cheese as a topping when serving.

  • This recipe works great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
