Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir in buttermilk until just combined (don’t overmix).
