- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Brown ground beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Sauté vegetables: Add onion, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine ingredients: Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve: Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
