Description
A delicious twist on pizza using Texas Toast, topped with shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, mini mozzarella balls, and red onions, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

- 1–2 packages of Texas Toast
- 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
- ½ – 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 8–16 mini mozzarella balls
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 425°F.
- Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange 8 slices of Texas Toast on each sheet.
- Shred the chicken and mix it with barbecue sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Spread about 2 heaping tablespoons of the shredded chicken mixture evenly on each slice of Texas Toast.
- Press 1 mini mozzarella ball into the center of the chicken mixture on each slice and top with thinly sliced red onions.
- Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
