- 2 lbs beef brisket, trimmed
 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
For the Mashed Potatoes:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
For the Bowl:
- 1 cup cooked green beans
 - Chopped chives, for garnish
 
 
Instructions

Prepare the Brisket: In a bowl, combine the brisket with BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Cook the Brisket: Grill or smoke the brisket using your preferred method until it is tender and easily shredded. Shred the brisket once it’s cooked.

Make the Mashed Potatoes: Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Bowls: Divide the mashed potatoes and green beans between bowls. Top with the shredded brisket and garnish with chopped chives.
