Cajun Crab Pasta Salad is a flavorful, creamy dish with a Cajun-spiced aioli, fresh veggies, and tender crab, making it a perfect side or main dish.

- 1 1/2 box Penne Noodles
- Cajun Aioli:
- 1 1/2 cups Mayo
- 3 tbsp Creole/Cajun or whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic & onion powder
- 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup shallots, finely minced
- Veggies:
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, minced
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, minced
- 1 cup Yellow & Orange Bell Pepper, minced
- 1 cup Celery, finely chopped
- Parsley, for garnish
- Crab Claw
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Balsamic Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, Onion & Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Veggies, and Crab. Mix until well combined.
- Add cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
- Garnish with Parsley.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper for a spicier kick.
- For added flavor, marinate the crab in the aioli for a few hours before mixing it into the salad.
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
