- 1 (9-inch) prepared Oreo® cookie pie crust

- 1 3/4 cups milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and cornstarch; mix well.
- Stir in mashed banana until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into Oreo® cookie crust and smooth the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, or until center is set.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- In a medium bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with milk until thickened.
- Spread pudding over chilled cheesecake.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sliced bananas if desired before serving.
