- In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden on the edges.
