Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool before slicing. Optionally, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
