 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
 - 1 medium ripe banana (mashed)
 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
 - 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix oats, mashed banana, blended cottage cheese, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
 - Add Mix-Ins: Fold in chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips, if using.
 - Shape into Balls: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
