This Banana-Blueberry Smoothie is a delicious and healthy way to start your day! Packed with the natural sweetness of ripe bananas, antioxidant-rich blueberries, and creamy yogurt, it’s a refreshing treat. Perfect for breakfast or as a post-workout snack!

  1. 2 ripe bananas
  2. 150g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  3. 200g plain yogurt
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. 250ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. If you’re using frozen blueberries, allow them to defrost slightly.
  • Blend: Add the banana pieces, blueberries, yogurt, honey, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If it’s too thick, feel free to add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Adjust the Taste: Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you’d like it sweeter.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses and serve immediately. For extra flair, garnish with additional blueberries or a banana slice on the rim of the glass.
