Description

This ultra-moist Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread is the ultimate sweet treat—packed with ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate chips, and chunks of your favorite Reese’s candy. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or anytime snacking!


Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Reese’s Pieces or mini Reese’s cups, chopped
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients just until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
