Description

This fresh and vibrant Balsamic Strawberry Caprese is a twist on the classic Caprese salad. With juicy strawberries, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, all drizzled with a sweet balsamic vinaigrette, this dish is perfect as a refreshing appetizer or side dish!


Ingredients

    1. 3 cups strawberries, sliced
    2. 1 cup mozzarella ciliegine, sliced into halves
    3. 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped

For the Vinaigrette:

    1. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    3. 1 teaspoon honey
    4. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk the Vinaigrette:
    In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

  • Combine the Salad:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced strawberries, mozzarella ciliegine, and chopped basil.
