Description

These Baked Pears with Berries, Honey, Walnuts & Blue Cheese make the perfect sweet and savory dessert! The combination of tender pears, juicy berries, crunchy walnuts, and rich blue cheese is a delightful treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  1. 4 pears, halved and cored
  2. 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  5. 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Drizzle pears with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Top each pear half with a few berries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pears are tender and cheese is slightly melted.
