- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange cod fillets in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour tomato mixture over the cod fillets. Add olives and capers on top.
