These Baked Dill Pickle Pretzels are the perfect snack for pickle lovers! Crunchy pretzels coated in a tangy, flavorful seasoning blend of dill, pickle juice, and ranch seasoning. A quick and easy snack that’s addictive and full of flavor! Great for parties, movie nights, or as a savory treat

Ingredients

Scale
  1. Pretzels (your choice of type)
  2. 2 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  3. 1 tbsp Pickle seasoning from Trader Joe’s
  4. 1 tbsp Pickle juice
  5. 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
  6. 1 tbsp Dried dill
  7. 1 tbsp Freeze-dried pickles

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Make the Seasoning Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine the pickle seasoning, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, dried dill, and freeze-dried pickles. Pulse a few times until combined. The mixture should remain slightly chunky, which will add bursts of flavor with the pickle bits.
  • Coat the Pretzels: Place the pretzels in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle them with the melted butter (or oil). Pour the pickle seasoning mixture over the top and toss well until every piece is coated. Using your hands will help ensure even coverage.
  • Bake to Crispy Perfection: Spread the coated pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through (at the 10-minute mark) to ensure they crisp up evenly.

  • Cool & Store: Let the pretzels cool completely before transferring them to an airtight container. They will stay crunchy and fresh for up to a week, though they may be gone sooner!

Notes

  • If you don’t have freeze-dried pickles, you can substitute with fresh dill or pickle relish for a slightly different texture.
  • You can use vegetable oil or any preferred oil instead of butter for a dairy-free version.

  • The recipe can be doubled or halved based on your needs.
