Description

  3. Ginger slices

  7. 1 tbsp cornstarch
  8. 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  9. Salt, to taste
  10. Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken Wings: In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with ginger slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Fry the Wings: Heat oil in a pan and place the chicken wings skin-side down. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
  • Cook the Mushrooms: Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they soften.
  • Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste, then stir everything together.
