Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken Wings: In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with ginger slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Fry the Wings: Heat oil in a pan and place the chicken wings skin-side down. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
- Cook the Mushrooms: Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they soften.
- Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste, then stir everything together.
