- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Scoop the mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into compact balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and crispy.
