Description

This vibrant Avocado Mango Salad is a refreshing mix of creamy avocado, sweet mango, and crisp veggies, all tossed in a tangy lime dressing. Perfect for a light lunch, side dish, or summer BBQ!


Ingredients

    2. 1 large ripe mango (diced)
    3. 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
    4. ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
    5. 1 small cucumber (diced)
    6. 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

For the Dressing

      • 2 tbsp olive oil
      • 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
      • 1 tsp honey (optional)
      • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For Garnish (Optional)

    • Feta cheese (crumbled)
    • Fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the diced avocado, mango, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Combine & Toss: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh cilantro leaves (optional). Serve immediately and enjoy!
