Instructions

In a pot, bring rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. -
Mix in the flavors:
Stir in mashed avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and zest. Mix well.

Add salt to taste and serve warm. -
