Description

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup long-grain rice

  2. 2 cups water

  3. 1 large avocado, peeled and mashed

  4. ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  5. 1 lime, juice and zest

  6. Salt, to taste


Instructions

  • Cook the rice:
    In a pot, bring rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

  • Mix in the flavors:
    Stir in mashed avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and zest. Mix well.

 

  • Season and serve:
    Add salt to taste and serve warm.
