- 1 can of buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Icing: 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Lightly grease a pan or skillet.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Dip each biscuit in melted butter and coat all sides with the sugar mixture. Arrange the biscuits in the pan.
- Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces and mix in vanilla extract.
- Arrange the apple mixture over the biscuits, then sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture and butter over the top.
- Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the confectioners’ sugar and milk to make icing.
- Once the biscuits are baked, drizzle the icing over the top before serving.
